Securing Your Booking
Bookings for full courses and single days must be received at least 5 working days before workshops begin and your place is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
 

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies, regardless of the reasons for cancellation:

• 8 weeks or more before booked course or single day begins - £25 administration fee.
• 4-8 weeks before course or single day begins: 50% of fee is payable.
• Less than 4 weeks before the course or day begins: 100% of fee is payable.

 
Deferment/Postponement
As the places on this programme are limited, we are sadly unable to offer a fee reduction or deferment of your place to a later date if you are unable to attend at short notice.
